Union Pacific's LTN79 Butler - Sheboygan train stops in Port Washington to pick up an empty depressed-center flatcar that had delivered gear for the new natural gas-fired electricity generating station in town. The nine-car train was left clear of the main in the south end of the siding and the power had pulled up here, to the industry switch. At this moment, the conductor was releasing the train's track warrant from Wiscona to milepost 123. That chore complete, he'd pop out of the lead unit, the power would pull north of the switch, and the conductor would sweep the snow out of the points and reverse the switch. The power would then proceed south into the industry track to make the pickup.
