The HeritageRail Alliance held its annual convention in the Twin Cities; one of the items on the itinerary was a ride on the Osceola & St. Croix Valley Railway. Here, conference delegates photograph the SD9 that pulled the train. The Osceola & St. Croix Valley, a unit of the Minnesota Transportation Museum, operates its trains on Canadian National's Dresser Subdivision.
