A pair of UP GEs lug a trash train up the Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad Condon Branch out of the Columbia River valley. This train originated on Union Pacific in Seattle and was interchanged with the PCC, a Watco property, for the last 11 miles from Arlington to the WM landfill at Gilliam.
