Luminaries from the Wisconsin Chapter of the NRHS visit one of two nearly-completed Series 8 trainsets for Oregon at Talgo's Milwaukee factory. The State of Wisconsin also ordered two Series 8 trainsets; those will apparently never turn a wheel in revenue service within Wisconsin.
