Pointed straight west, a southbound empty coal train approaches Wiscona. At right is the Capitol Drive Industrial Lead, for which Union Pacific has filed for abandonment as it has not been used in many years. Current status is that UP and Wisconsin DOT are negotiating use of the right of way as a recreational trail.
