It's 1990 again: Shortly out of Butler Yard, Engineer Wayne on MBUPR gives a wave out the window of a freshly rebuilt SD40-2. Today's train consists of nothing but sand loads. The three operating units couldn't make the grade and stalled shortly after this photo was taken.
