Sparks fly under the light engines of an extra Marsh job. LPA55X crew was called early this morning with the intent of pulling a grain train at the Port of Milwaukee, but upon arrival found the grain train not ready. On the way back to Butler, the crew stopped at Mitchell Yard to pick up a unit, SD60 2200, which had previously been set out for a defect. At some point in this short trip, one of 2200's traction motor cables had come loose, and began shorting out against the rail, causing arcing.
