A late-running LPA79 heads north on the Shoreline approaching Sheboygan. The regular crew for this job got reassigned last night to run a loaded coal train between Butler and Sheboygan, and an extra crew was called in the early morning hours, which caused LPA79 to operate in daylight, a very rare occurrence. There's a tie renewal project happening, and this effectively causes the line to be shut down for most of the day. That'll make this crew unable to head back south. In the early evening another crew will put together the southbound train in Sheboygan, head out, switch an industry in Oostburg, and meet tonight's on-time LPA79 at Belgium.
