Hoppers depart Sheboygan behind a pair of big six-axle GEs. This will be a long day for the crew: they went on duty at Butler at 04:45 this morning and eventually got a cab to Sheboygan. It took them a few hours to assemble their train at the Edgewater Generating Station, but they felt confident they'd make Butler before their time was up at 16:45... except a few miles down the road, in Cedar Grove, the dispatcher instructed them to immediately bring the train to a safe stop, account high winds. Once given authority to proceed, they only had enough time to get to Ulao Road in Grafton before expiring. They waited for the recrew to arrive, and waited, until about 21:15... and then they still had a ride in a cab to Butler ahead of them.
