Bergie talked me into taking off work the afternoon of Friday the 13th because, as he said the evening before, "it's going to be 36 and sunny tomorrow." As this picture attests, he was right about the sunny part... but, boy, it was cold -- and windy! We had the radio scanning the local CN and CP frequencies, and heard this eastbound grain train just before we headed north. An interesting variety of power, to be sure. A polarizer yielded the deep blue sky.
