The NRHS convention special performs a run-by for delegates at Woodland Park in Ithaca. The SW1200 on the south end of the train was built by GMD in the late 1950s for Canadian National and, after a Relco rebuild in 2004, ended up at the Consumers Energy plant in Essexville, Michigan. After a nearly two-decade career there, Consumers donated the unit to Steam Railroading Institute, where it's used to shuffle cars and on the occasional excursion, like this.
