Tied up at Highway O: WSOR's Milwaukee PM job switched some industries and interchanged with Canadian Pacific last night, then headed north toward Adell and Plymouth with six loads. They only made it as far as Highway O, the first road crossing on WSOR's Superior Subdivision, before expiring on hours.
