WSOR GP38-2 3809 has just roared to life. The crew of this L243 job has inspected the train, which had been tied up on the main track under the Highway 144 overpass. Train consists of 11 covered hoppers - several of which are loads of plastic for Bemis - and three NS gondolas that had been used to bring new ties north for the rehabilitation of the Sheboygan Falls branch.
