Wisconsin & Southern is running an inspection trip for members of the East Wisconsin Counties Railroad Consortium up the Plymouth and Sheboygan Falls subdivisions to show off some of the improvements to the physical plant. The dignitaries entrained near the start of WSOR trackage in Saukville; the train is seen crossing the former Milwaukee Road bridge over the Milwaukee River.
